Unnecessary New lines
The “howto”
- Open your MS Word document
- Save As a new name – you don’t want to be in the position of not being able to recover, should things go awry.
- Press the key combination “Ctrl+H” – control + “h”
- You will see a prompt appear called “Find and Replace”
- Click the “Replace” tab.
- In “Find what:” type ‘^p^p’ – without the single quote.
- In “Replace with:” type ‘^p’ – without the single quote.
- Click “Replace All”
- Save your document.
